TanklessWaterHeatersDirect.Com ships most items via United Parcel Service ("UPS"). Some items require overland trucking service. These items will be indicated on the product page and on the Shopping Cart page with a Yellow, Blue or Red truck symbol. If the truck symbol is not there then we will likely ship the item via normal UPS Ground or USPS. In general, you should receive UPS deliveries within 10 business days of placing your order. We ship orders the same day if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time. We ship from the East Coast and Midwest so delivery times will vary. Please Note: If products are missing or damaged - make sure you have this noted on the shipping receipt and have the driver sign it. Keep a copy for you records and contact us As Soon as Possible. Once you sign for a truck delivery and if there are any problems and you have not put this on the shipping receipt - there is nothing that we can do to fix this.
